Hey! this is probably a stupid question, but me and my brother just got tickets to a daughtry/nickelback show and on ticketmaster it says NO CAMERAS/NO VID RECORD/NO AUD RECORD. And i was wondering if any of you who have been to one of the daughtry/nickelback shows have gotten checked for cameras, and is there any way for me to hide it? LOL thanks!

I went to a concert (same bands) on July 23rd and was too scared of having my camera confiscated (the warning you mentioned was printed right on the tix), so I didn't bring it. When we entered the venue, some people were being checked by security (frisked, looking in purses) but nobody looked twice at us for some reason. We didn't have purses, so maybe that was why. When we were inside, there were a lot of people with cameras and security didn't seem to care. Whether or not those people had to sneak the cameras in...who knows??

My concert said the same thing on the tickets, but I brought a small camera in anyway, and the person who checked my bag either didn't see it or didn't care. Another person said that the security person who checked her just said no professional type cameras were allowed. Once inside there were tons of people with cameras, and security only said anything if they thought you were video-ing with your camera.

I went to a Nickelback/Daughtry concert last week, and they kept saying NO DIGITAL CAMERAS. I ended up taking myne, just acting like i didn't know any better. And at the gate, they were checking EVERYONE. We had to check it in to the front desk, or take it back to the car. THey said you could take 35 MM cameras in...Once we got in there, I seen a few security guards tell ppl they couldn't use their digital cameras--i guess a few snuck in. BUT--- a girl in front of me had a really thin, skinny digital camera, and no one seen her.............?? So............ I think it is Nickelback rule, bc I've been to several Daughtry concerts and we were able to take pictures at all of them!
