OK, I'm not a country western fan, but I do have to give CMT's Nashville Star props. That show is based on TALENT, not image. With NS, the singer has to be a songwriter and be able to play a instrument. Now, if we were to look at the AI contestants and see who ACTUALLY can write AND play a instrument, I believe that only Chris, Ace, Taylor and Paris were able to do all of that. I would love a NS to be made for the either TOP 40 or Rock/other music to come out, to see REALLY talented musicians Such as Chris. ALso, on NS, the contestants get to see their own stuff, how great is that. The only show that I saw that even came close to NS is INXS's show for a new singer, and that guy(DJ??) can sing. (that's why I think Chris should go out on his own, I can't even remember the name of the new singer for INXS and he's GOOD). Now, as I stated before I don't like COUNTRY at ALL!! but the concept of the show is what I like!!

I agree but Chris did audition for Rock Star for the lead of INXS and didn't even advance at all. Unbelievable isn't it?

REALLLLLY, That I didn't know, but Look, he's bigger than they are now. Don't get me wrong, I'm a HUGE INXS fan, have been since the 80s and was very sad when Micheal died, but I don't want to see Chris have to form his voice to fit someone's style if you get what I mean.

yea well.. INXS lost out and better too because Chris is a whole lot better.. he wouldnt have gotten a lot of exposure on that show than on american idol

You're right, it's JD, I just looked it up, and I do have their new album and he is good. But see, Chris would not have any trouble doing a solo act. He already has been exposed to Ameican and that' the biggest hurl is to get exposurer(I know that doesn't look right **bad speller** sorry) So, with Clive backing him, he will do JUST FINE!!
