A legal consultant on Fox News was on this this morning and his interview was very interesting.
Fox seems to be distancing theirselves from AI. The legal consultant stated that Entertainment 19 or whatever it is...is the one that works with the phone companies. He found that if someone has votes coming in from an area with a small phone exchange...the line maybe busy even though if you were calling from somewhere with a large phone exchange, it would not be busy. So in other words, we make a call and it goes to a local exchange...then to the natinal exchange. If a lot of people are voting for a contestant then...we may not be able to get through...in other words it maybe busy locally but not nationally. This explains why so many people throught the line was busy the whole time.
The legal consultant asked AI if the contestants can sue and they refused to comment. They asked to see a copy of the contract a top 12 contestant has to sign and they refused as well. They made it plain that the TOP 12 are kept in tight confines. In fact the legal consultant said that Chris could not sign with Fuel without AI approval.

Anyway, finally someone is seeing the voting process is not fair. And I don't feel so crazy for getting a busy signal all night and other nites (notibly on the bottom 2 night).
We were a UNITED FRONT bombarding AI...IT was like a tsunami hit them. Chris did some great things for the show and I bet AI will change their voting methods next season. Losing Chris on Idol was like a death in the family and going through the 5 stages of a loss. I have accepted he didn't make the final a couple days after Black Wednesday and realize that he is way bigger and beyond AI...
