I don't think he needs to join up with an already made band. I believe he will have much more success without Fuel.

Although would he bring the Absent Element band members into his new "band" (which would really be a solo act)?

i don't know, it seems like a good and bad decision...i don't want to jinx it just because non idol winners never really are successful except for clay...but we can only hope for the best! i'll make sure to follow him through whatever he does

Hi Travis. First of all Great site!!!! i personally would like Chris to go solo. I have a question that i am confused on. I know he has that strict contract but what if clive davis offer him a contract. couldn't he have a record label earlier. I just remember that clay and reubon that their album were released the same time? hope you can clear this up. Thanks Sandi

he can take the offer but ANYONE that didn't win american idol has to wait until the winner releases their album...then a month after i think the rest have permission
