I think you're right. I contacted a journalist in my town of Philadelphia who wrote a piece on the AI finale.. He agreed that an article on Chris Daughtry would be a good idea. I even forwarded him the news article tht Travis posted about Chris homecoming on 6/3. I was hoping that something more or bigger would be happening for Chris in Greensboro. What we need is coverage!!!!!

I'm going to the homecoming. It's a 3-4 hour drive. I'm going Friday night and will be there EARLY Sat morning. Chris will sign autographs from 9:30 to noon. Hopefully I can hug him and smell him, too! LOL. Will report all deets and attach fotos!

thank you! For the love of God, people, I need my fix and I need it SOON! LOL does anyone have any idea how close McLeansville is from the appalachian mountains (the Tennessee/North Carolina) border? I might be in that area this coming weekend, so I am wondering how far of a drive a "sneak over" would be exactly???!!! I could not find McLeansville on a North Carolina map. Is it that small or am I blind???

It's just outside of Greensboro. I live in Western NC and it's a 3-4 hour drive for me, so not too bad. Definitely worth it, I say!

Greensboro is about two hours from Boone which is in the mountains not too far from the Tennessee border. McLeansville is next to Greensboro.
