"Uprooted is very good for a debut project. The songwriting is excellent and shows a high level of intelligence and understanding. The instrumentation is, for the most part, tight and satisfying. With a bigger budget for production and artwork, and some fine-tuning, Absent Element will be ready for national exposure."

I just finished reading your full review and agree with you on nearly every count. My favorite track just happens to be Seven4 and yes, I am a metal head! LOL! I dig the screaming, but also love the songs on the EP that have a softer, more melodic feel to them. I also enjoyed your take on Let Me In. Very thought provoking. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. smile.gif Lisa

I wouldn't call myself a metal head, but I love Seven4. It's my favorite as well.

I don't know, maybe I am a bit of a metal head too! laugh.gif I like the screaming too, but to me it seems that "So I Lie Awake" has it's fair share of "screaming," maybe even more than Seven/4, but hey, it's all good to me!
