I was there last night and agree with this article. He was the "true" star and even my cynical sister is buying his album because she was that impressed with him!! He was in awe of all the love MN gave him and he certainly deserves it!!

it doesn't take a genius to figure out that chris is the best...but at least people are publicizing that they notice him...i haven't heard much from taylor...if i didn't know any better, with all chris' publicity, i'd think he was the winner of american idol!!

I agree that Chris was the star of the evening. I was also there with my daughter and we both thought that he was the best of the night. It was incredible the applause and cheers that he got. It was the loudest of the night. I actually felt sorry for Elliott having to come on after Chris. We were both very excited to hear that he might come by himself next year. That would be awesome!!!!!!!!!!!
