im having second thoughts about posting this article but hey, there were pictures so what the hell. besided TMZ has never been a good source of info.

http://www.tmz.com/2006/08/28/inside-the-i...ur-after-party/

im getting sick of these people. first they have an article that the AI concert tanked in LA and they were having trouble selling the tickets out where in fact it was full-packed and sold out and now this (correct me if im wrong but i think they were also the ones who said that Ace and Chris are the biggest divas of this season-which was quite the opposite as proven by fans and non-fans alike)...

for some reason, TMZ always targets Chris. i guess there are two sets of Chris, the gracious one that fans and people everywhere always see and the diva one that somehow by god's miracle, only TMZ only seems to see... huh.gif and the chris haters are also in full force on the comments section.

Inside the "Idol" Tour After-Party

Immediately following their performance at the LA stop of their tour, the "American Idols" greeted lucky fans at their Staples Center after-party on
Saturday.

The ever-gracious Ace Young signed autographs for the throngs of his young
female fans, while their moms gawked on the side.

Paris Bennett, who recently turned 18, handled herself like an old pro
and stood on a table to handle the crush of the teenage amateur paparazzi
that swarmed the pint-size pop star.

Kellie Pickler, sporting blonde extensions, proved she's just a down home
gal by arriving in slippers and sweatpants.

But the scene stealer and diva of the evening was Chris Daughtry. Chris arrived with extra security, and although initially he did mingle with fans, by the end of the night you had to be asked over by The Daughtry in order to say hello.

Interestingly, LIVE lead singer Ed Kowlaczyk --who performed with The Daughtry on the "Idol" finale -- was part of Chris' entourage that night and went completely unnoticed by the crowd.

"Idol" winner Taylor Hicks, Bucky Covington and Elliott Yamin did not attend the meet and greet. The trio were busy getting across town to the Johnny Depp-owned Viper Room to take the stage with the Little Memphis Blues Orchestra, which features members of Taylor Hicks' band.

Another no-show was film actress hopeful, Katharine McPhee. We're told that Kat, who is from nearby Sherman Oaks, Calif., had so many family and friends come visit her backstage that she wasn't able to attend the after-party.

Funny how their article and their pictures say the opposite things. im really loving Ed for sticking with chris! biggrin.gif

Just a damn minute here! At least Chris got there and greeted fans. Taylor, Bucky, Elliott, and Kat were absent and that was OK? This article is so bias it stinks.

Funny, Chris didn't seem stuck up to me when we met him (right, Karen?! ) and he had no problem coming out before all those shows to meet his fans and sign autographs and pictures....TMZ always makes me laugh with the way they tell stories....to me, they are like the National Enquirer...can't believe anything from them

totally agree... and its not Chris fault if they give him more bodyguards (heaven help him, he almost needed it with the two of us!), for all we know, they're Ed's bodyguards. biggrin.gif

TMZ is as accurate as the Nat'l Enquirer. wink.gif

Hi guys. I'm totally ticked off at the review; I was in LA for that concert & Chris didn't get to go to the meet & greet before the show b/c he was at the studio recording (which is what he's said he was going to do once he got to CA)---these news people are terrible! I hated LA while I was there this past weekend but LOVED the concert---absolutely amazing! Chris was incredible & a definite show stopper! I saw Ed right below us---we had seats right up off the stage, 10th row up from the floor & all these 'famous' people were down below next to the stage standing watching the show---I figured that was Ed when I saw him---we actually took a pic of the back of him to check more closely. So let's not listen to the stupid LA reporters---they don't know anything. Our Chris is awesome, period...end of story...

That article pisses me off! When I met him, I never met a nicer person before! I'll admit I was a little nervous to meet him because I did hear bad things about him, but he was the nicest person EVER. But he was so nice to everyone around -- especially the littlier ones! there was this shy boy who wanted to meet Chris and Elliott. Chris new he wanted to meet him and Chris was like "Hey buddy! Come here!" and then the little boy got a smile on his face and went to him! how friggen cute is that! Yeah, Chris is really diva rolleyes.gif And he would always come back to the fans whenver we would scream for him! I have liek 5 picture of him giong back and forth! He was the only one I heard of (and see) come back repeatedly. TMZ needs a reality check!

Ohh for heavens sake will they leave him alone??? I think that Chris the most successful one out of the bunch is the target for all this madness because he is the one who is going to succeed. Remember they knock you down then boost you up only to knock you down again. We know who Chris is despite these ugly lies! Being a celeb is ugly mess.

Okay, guys...I am loving the pictures of Chris, but do you see ED????

I would have DIED! I am a huge Live fan, and that would have just been icing on the cake. To have the two of them together....

I am going to see Live in concert next month, and I am just PRAYING Chris makes an appearance.

Holy Hell...
