If Chris wins American Idol, do you think they would let him keep his former band, or do you think they will say that they're not good enough and insist on a different band. It would be so sad to see that happen but I have a hunch it might. I think maybe this would be more likely to happen if he WON. If he is the runner up, maybe he could sign a deal with someone whou would let him keep his old band. It would suck severely to see him have to go through those kind of troubles. I really hope he gets to keep his old band. What do you guys think?

ok, but if you think about it chris knew this could happen from the begining. It was a big risk and i don't know if chris expected to do as well as he did. Absent Element said that they are supporting him 100% so thats good.

Yeah I think Chris wouldn't go back with the band though just because if he wins, he's basically with American Idol. It sucks for Absent Element, but then after his contract with idol, he could support Absent Element and get them in the light.
