okay I only found out that it's a Baseball game in Atlanta...so I checked out the Atlanta Braves website, but it does not say anything about it...only that starting today they have 7 home games in a row, one every day...

I really don't know anything about an Atlanta Braves game. Chris is singing the National Anthem on Monday Night Football, October 16th at the Phoenix Cardinals game ( who are playing the undefeated Chicago Bears ). The show is televised on ESPN at 7:30pm central time but we're not sure if they televise the siniging of the National Anthem. That's why we are contacting ESPN, to request the song be televised. This information came from Chris via myspace.

The Atlanta Braves are done playing for the season, but there is a rumor that Chris may be singing at the World Series but has not been confirmed yet.

I sent in my request BUT I believe they tend to show the national anthem anyway. That is why Monday night tends to bring in BIG stars. This is very exciting.

They never showed it when it was on ABC, I'm not sure about ESPN though, I haven't checked out a Monday night game yet this year. But I hope you are right

Well, I just watched the beginning of tonight's game and no anthem . Maybe they'll answer our emails *fingers crossed*.

Yeah, I watched the game too. No anthem. But then again maybe there wasn't anyone well known singing. It could have been a kid for all we know.

total bad timing... i chose the SC trip over the AZ trip because the SC one is on Hilton Head which i thought was better. little did i know... looks like the game was just a last minute bonus from our sponsors, they just got hold of tickets or something like that... *sigh*

No, they usually don't televise it. I think they only televise it for the super bowl.

Great idea about the Myspace post---I got an email response today from the Cardinals stadium (same lady that Lisa Marie spoke to)---said it won't be broadcast, that ESPN does not broadcast the anthem...so sad!

Too bad it's not you I know someone that will be there too and he said he'll try to take video with his digital camera. He doesn't know how his seats will be though.
