I just bought tickets to the concert. I'm so excited. He is listed on the tickets as the headliner, so it looks confirmed! Kids are going to the inlaws! I am super excited. My DH thinks I'm nuts, but he is going also.

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out what time I will get in line. I'm going to call the arena and find out what time people have gotten in line in years past and see what kinda publicity the even gets in the area. I've got little kids at home, so I couldn't get in line till like 5 pm at the earliest when i can get them to my husband.

thanks for that and yep, very interesting, looks like it'll just be Chris with no band. i didn't like that certain Jake Eckenrode's opinion though, but whatever, that's his own opinion. i bet his mouth will be left hanging open after he see Chris perform.

Chris and his band are hanging out at the radio station here in Raleigh tomorrow morning. They spoke to Chris this morning at 7:20 am. Bob (the DJ) asked if Deanna was keeping him in line and making him take out the trash and he said "oh yeah! I am getting ready to take my son to school right now". Chris said his band is flying in today. Awwww...Chris is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

All day yesterday on the radio they kept teasing us saying they had an 'exclusive secret announcement' to make that no one else knew about. They said all the staff was so excited about the news. I kept wondering if it was Chris. And sure enough this morning they said Daughtry would be in the studio tomorrow. Whenever the radio station would talk to Chris during his AI days he would always tell them he would be sure to come and hang with them. He kept his word!!!!

You can buy the tickets online. Click on the link to the NC State website (It's in the very first post in this thread). Then Click on General Admission and you can buy them there. You need to have a printer hooked up to the computer cuz you have to print them out at home. It was pretty easy to do.

I'm going and would love to meet up with anyone going. I'm trying to figure out what time to get in line.

I know that they are looking for someone to do a cellcert on the AI boards, so if anyone is interested who is going... I personally think I would do a terrible job based on my reaction to Chris at the Gboro concert (screaming like a 16 year old).

Here's some information that I just got from the NCSTATE Alumni Association

I just talked to one of the organizers of the concert, a very nice young man. He told me that they are not sure about cameras and video cameras yet because they are waiting for word on that issue from Chris's folks. He told me that they will update the web page as soon as they get that information. He also confirmed that the WHOLE BAND will be performing at the concert.

I got some detailed information for people who are attending:

He said that that doors open at 7pm, but you can start lining up whenever. He said that they are encouraging people to go to the parade first (which is at 6pm). He said that they are lining up at a different entrance than the main one - on the South Side by Cates Avenue. He said that the stage will be set up on the opposite side of the arena from where you enter. He said that that there will be some floor seating, but that the front row seats will be reserved.

I hope that helps anyone who is thinking of going! Someone volunteered to do a cellcert in the other thread, so hopefully that can get set up.

Ok I was just reading this and now Im wondering if they are going to make people get out after the pep ralley since its free and then make everyone go back in for the concert that have tickets. Hmmmmm.....
