Chris Daughtry's Outrageous "Grade" from "Star" Magazine!

In the Novmber 13, 2006 issue of "Star" magazine, there was this article.

"American Idol Alumni Report Card."

"They were the top dogs on America's top show, which hits TV again in January 2007! But where do they stand with the fans?"

(This article included tidbits on, in order on the article: Taylor Hicks, Fantasia Barrino, Kelly Clarkson, Chris Daughtry, Ruben Studdard, Katharine McPhee, Kellie Pickler and Clay Aiken).

This was written about Chris:

On the show: Season five viewers were stunned when the fan favorite was cut and finished only fourth.
So Far: After touring with the other Idols this summer - and nixing an offer to front the band Fuel - Chris is determined to do his own thing.
Next: The Roanoke Rapids, N.C., native's self-titled album is due out Nov. 21.
Grade: C "

The other "grades" given to the other Idols were as follows:
Taylor Hicks: B+
Fantasia Barrino: B+
Kelly Clarkson: A+
Ruben Studdard: B
Katharine McPhee: C

So I think OUR MAN CHRIS deserves a better "grade" than a "C!!!" If you were upset after reading this like I was, you can email "Star" and tell them about it! Let us bombard "Star" with letters in support of our man Chris and the whole Daughtry band!!!! Thanks!!!!

Hmmm...well I"m reminded why I don't read sleazy tabloids like Star.

Ok, especially because it says this is about 'where they stand with the fans,' this is crap. I know it's just Star magazine, but it's still unbelievable that Chris, who loves his fans and takes time to communicate with them and meet them at every opportunity, would have the same grade as Katharine, who missed a ton of tour dates and disappointed many of her fans...or even Taylor for that matter, who has yet to come close to getting new music out to his fans. Ok, I'm done whining.

Yeah, if this came from Rolling Stone or People, I'd be concerned. But Star? Meh.

Knowing how unimportant the opinions of the neanderthals at Star are and how little their "Alumni Report Card" really matters though, it's not really a big deal.

Funny because they gave Kellie Pickler a better grade than him.
