OPERATION HOME: MISSION HOMEFRONT
WHAT IS IT: A group of DAUGHTRY fans are going to Walter Reed Hospital and Bethesda Hospital on a SPECIFIC day in January to thank the troops for their service by giving them care packages and DAUGHTRY CDs in which we are dedicating the troops the song "HOME" for their welcome home. This group of DAUGHTRY fans are going to be joined by celebrities to bring cheer to the troops AFTER the Holidays when the loneliness often is the worst for there are less volunteers/care packages/family & friends who come to visit.
WHEN IS IT: We are working with the public affairs offices of Walter Reed Hospital and Bethesda Hospital for a SPECIFIC date in January as we speak and this will be posted as soon as we know (hopefully this week).
WHAT CAN YOU DO: We need a minimum of 200 CDs from Chris fans in order to visit the troops in the hospitals (according to public affairs a minimum of 100 CDs for each hospital). Thus we are asking Chris fans to order a CD or CDs online on Amazon, Walmart, Barnes & Nobles, etc and send them DIRECTLY to the following address:
